Management politics Director of the company only likes female employees and very harsh towards male employees No application of any labour laws and employees will not get any minimum benefits No leave system.. Only one leave per month irrespective of how many years an employee works No confirmation letter or increment letters or appointment letters or reliving letters be provided Join at your own risk

The company is private limited company so you have direct communications with the Owner and you will be thoroughly get involved in the work except commercials.

Dislikes

The work culture is very terrible. You are solely responsible for your projects and no moral support will be there.
