What I like about the company is the work-life balance, since the Business Support is working only 5-days in a week. And we enjoy the equal opportunity, treatment and respect for both women and men (employees). The action taken by the Management during the height of pandemic and lockdown in most places in UAE, specifically to the Business Support. And the stability of the company despite the threat on the economy worldwide brought by covid; the company's responsibility on paying the salary of the employees is well taken care of (timely and in full).

Dislikes

The company's culture and policies can be more improved. There could also be more team building or corporate events that will enhance and strengthen the unity/cooperation of the employees (among themselves) as well as to the management.
