Senior management only wants to dump work on lower levels while play candy crush or watch movies in office hours. Employees are expected to work 247 without any regards to personal conditions Company doesn't believe in creating backup of important resources, so when good resources leave, all burden rest on his team members and lower levels. ...ing because of AI.. doesn't heve any say but will act as if he knows everything. salary is very low plus too much deduction that you end up getting very small salary. And be aware of some employees as gossiping is a number 1 sport in PXIL

1.Working culture is so nice that you can any time interact with any one wether he is Colleges or he is an MD. 2. You will be able to make balance between personal life and professional life. 3. You will never feel that going to office on Monday is lazy and Awkward feeling.

PXIL offers excellent work life balance, a friendly and collaborative environment & good job security. I had the chance to interact with all the deparments and found the culture consistently positive across the board. Perks like free snack, lunch buffet [veg & non veg] & quaterly team outings make it even better. Highly Recommended

No job security, the company has been financially hopeless since the day it started. Its running only on alms and is being kept alive by force from the regulatory body so that there is no monopoly in the market. With a 95% market share of IEX, there already is monopoly.
