The working environment is so worst,which I have seen in my entire career of 10 years,

Entire environment is worst, no training for employees, no safety measures, people are suffering from many health issues, lead in blood for employees has crossed the limit, if employees were disliked by the plant manager then he will be targeted and thrown out and they will start harassing employees, Leave is not given to the employees though there is a strict instruction from Director of factories, Insurance will not be given for the employees till one year, plant manager play worst politics in the premises, though there is a vehicle purchased from the company it cannot be used by any employees, only the Chamcha's of plant manager can use the facility. many things to tell about the company's malpractices.
