Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

... There is a canteen where we get food. Company policies may change time to time. In this COVID-19 Lockdown I got salary of 1 month ,after a month I joined company.

...risal due to less month tenure of 6 month. After COVID-19 forget about apprisal. Management forcefully made resign those who get higher salary. Salary is very low and growth also.
