Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

Freedom to work with comfortable times and Archivment Gifts . I have limited companies is share as Employees shares . Director Sir help me to buy a Home in my city .Big Dream Come True . Company always help me to manage my Investments and legal as per Company SOP . Working from last 3 years now in starting i also face some issues as new person understands company working style but now Im comfortable and working with vision soon by our efforts company list and all hard working employees get what they are working for .

Wrong Sales Manager Hiring .Hr Hiring very low and bad performing employees some time and because of tham we good and long term employment clear the mess after tham.
