Team leadership is in pathetic hands, Offical never listen you. They never recognise or appraise someone work and idea. They have there own 3-4 people from 1 batch and they alway relie over them. Whenever you suggest something they take it personally and take it on there ego. Senior do not know how to behave with juniors and coworkers. Here team building and other good managerial etiquette are only bookish. Here team leader/manager do self appraisal and profile changed overnight. Self hike is normal for senior leadership. Suggestions -: If you are having experience in mortgage or finance please go to someother company. They are making fool to everyone and playing with the Career. Pathetic team leader and manager.

Managemnet is very poor,specially HR,they dont know how to handle employee and there problems. Never ever expect anything from management ,they dont care you.you are just labour for them .and specially never trust what HR say to you. 0 rating to management.

Neighter they informed what is about to happen not they provided equal remunerations to every employee, this company was a perfect example of nepotism.

The work environment & culture that Potomac has is commendable. Each and every employee is valued here which ultimately leads to a healthy environment & Job Satisfaction. The last one and a half year was challenging for the business industry, due to Covid-19, but still Potomac managed to bind the employees remotely and work efficiently. The Top management & leads provide flexible work environment & are very encouraging and supportive. Employees are engaged in fun activities, team outings and social events which are amazingly designed and executed. Interactive Training sessions help individuals to develop functional, analytical & leadership skills to enhance performance. There is amazing work-life balance & ample of growth opportunities are given to individuals to excel in career. Its a great opportunity and a blessing to work in such an amazing company.
