Nothing, very bad working experience with PPM

Salary delay. Zero job security. F&F settlement is horrible, you will literally get frustrated the way they treated you post termination or resignation. It's not a PMC (They will hire you as 3rd party). If you asked me, I would suggest to go with them only if you have nothing or jobless.

...ch as it is a small company. But given free hand in taking management decisions. Average increase in Salary, Stressful life with limited subordinates and high expectations. Good company to learn and update skill-sets.

Clear cut and a well defined procedures are missing.

Job security is fine, work culture is also good, experienced management and sufficient company policies, etc

Dislikes

Teammates support depending on how you involve in the team, training is finally depends on how much interest we will give, job security is till it's a win - win situation for both, career growth depending on the exposures we are ready to face, appraisal schedules are fixed, no travelling allowance seen so far by myself, great learning atmosphere and construction environment, etc.
