HR department is nothing but lies. The department first make fake promises to make an impression in front of the employees but later on they're not going to hear anything from you. Even if you face any problem in the organisation or anything nobody is there to help you except some gentle people. Apart from that you might see partiality in the organisation.. Female employees get more attention thn male. Job security is zero snd also forget about increament. No State and central holiday..
