High office politics, Rude behavior, Zero guidence, No proper requirement clarity. Egoistic managers, Ego clashes between team members Managers and seniors shout for no reason. Head of engineering department dont when know what is happening inside his team. They have high employee turnover rate just because the technical architect wont coordinate at all. People wont tell the architecture or implementation at all because they are afraid that others will overcome. Even if we ask genuine doubts they will shout and yell. Atleast tell the business when asking.

Everything. The company will eat you up completely. Use you up and won't even give you proper appreciation even if you perform the best. Unless you are the boot licker or relative to higher ups. Its a politics breeding ground.
