Salary not processing on time, paying on 7th to 10th of month. Over burden on specific person. Work not divided evenly among the workers. Sperate rules for union employees and staff. Priority giving to workers only. No any additional incentives providing to staff.

Good work culture and policies. Good Leadership Senior management and colleagues are helpful. Open about business and future. Taking care of Employee Company policies are good. KRA Company office ambience is very good and nice interior. It is very old group in steel process industry with clear vision.

job security is ok but needs to strengthened, company expectations is more in a very limited resources, seniors are dominating and this disturbs the daily working style. poor management not at all concerned about employees satisfaction., worst company's policy, even company keeps used shirt , pants and shoes while leaving and no proper increment system. top management is worst in their work but company has a caliber of growing good.
