Im working with poshs cinoti pvt ltd last 2 Years . It was a good company . Salary is credited on time . And very supportive HOD's and teams members

Dislikes

Policy it's very strict and they give 8 % hike on previous salary.. Notice Period is 3 Months. Working hours not flexible.

...bitrariness. No intervention of owner. No respect to employees. Contract system. Deduction of security deposit every month from small salary amount. Very difficult to surview in such a low salary. No growth. Very very high employee turnover. CEO do not pay to the employees who left the company. No salary in time. Staff who has loan EMI may suffer. Not advisable to join this group company unless & until group CEO change.

Security Deposit debited every month 9f starting 9 month & given after 2 years F/F not received after leaving company Variation pay added in CTC which have very worst policy in employee benefit Staff not get urgently due to remote area Promotion not get even working with more than 5 years with this org. Poor canteen facility

Nothing to like here, even they cut the payment from your in hand salary on every month.

Dislikes

Management ( plant head) behavior is like ruler. Also compulsion of working on Sunday. Working time is also very odd.

Nice working culture ,good salary , awesome environment to work,average opportunity to grow our carrer,lots of opportunities to learn about infra parts and all about welding

System is very poor , uneducated workers and some uneducated supervisor,Some day lots of politics between educated and uneducated supervisor.
