All managers are poor in quality. Promotion only will those ppls who have good bond with managers. No promotions at all.

Yes, as all company here also some percent of salary has been deducted but on other side they have assured us to give best. Quarter review is best part in which City Manager sit 1-1 for better understanding and guidance.

Salary on time with less as per expectation.

Because every Discipline team and payroll team's eye's on your salary, how to deduct and credited less salary every time. If you raise issue HR team will close the ticket without resolution. And one thing after getting the appraisal letter they are credited less salary same as a previous salary. And also you need work 11 hours every day. If not fone then they mark as a half day.

I worked in this company for just 1year ....No Bad opinion or bad situation I faced but due to some company projects loss we left the organisation with proper benefits and all .
