I worked in this company for just 1year ....No Bad opinion or bad situation I faced but due to some company projects loss we left the organisation with proper benefits and all .

Salary on time but always less than expected.

Dislikes

1. No Job Security. 2. Completely political environment - If you want to be a part of company for a long time you must be a good testish*licker. (*h added to incorrect spelling because AB was not approving the actual word) 3. Porter is going to be shutdown in Jaipur city soon if management will not be improved. 4. Every senior staff is doing here fraud with Porter. 5. No scope for future. 6. If you want to settle in corporate sector, I don't recommend Porter. 7. HR's commitments always gonna wrong.

Good Work Environment and Culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming Arcade for Chilling.

Company Policies are Good, Appraisals are Fair And They Don't give Salary hike.

Salary needs a big time revision. Not willing to pay employees based on skills but the buckets that were created long back

Salary compensation could be good Managers should have better understanding of resource utilisation

Process is good. Company have good ethics to manage every process. Salary on time, no hidden politics inside

All managers are poor in quality. Promotion only will those ppls who have good bond with managers. No promotions at all.
