Company enviorment is to good all managers and team leaders are more supportable. No any issues regarding to salary, appraisal and no work pressure. And trainers is too good.

Main issue is that salary is very low and here six days working while other Mnc company provide five days. Other wise all is good.

... to help any situation any condition. Managers are also very helpful and polite. Porteck india infoservices also re-hire to left employee with good package.

Only one thing I dislike about porteck india infoservices that they do very low appraisal.

They give salary that’s enough and big thing

Dislikes

No promotion, no learning they put you in a such situation that you won’t be able to leave the job. The company has poor infrastructure. They don’t provide any food. They don’t have any cafeteria or Food vendor. And there is no PF deduction.

I like the quality of my manager in my team, he is very supportive. And the best thing is. Understand your problem.

Dislikes

Everything is wrong except my manager. And the biggest mess is the owner of this company. Their job is to remove staff from every department. Not giving apprisal. Moreover, involve yourself directly in everything. And you will be afraid every day that you may lose your job.
