My abilities of work were not recognized. Low monitoring of management. Biased work culture. No growth on job security. Managers have a habit of bluffing. HR policies are very outdated.

I would like to work here at desk job not traveling,because it's too hard and tuff to complete the goals some times.

Salary ammount is low than the working timings and how much hard work we are doing according to that salary is very low ,but as I like my profession that s why I am doing this work with joy .

When I joined I just liked 2 off's in a week and incentives were good .

...ure and king rule in sales department. No growth specially in sales department . No good salary and no incentives . Extending working hours and secrificing weekly off's is the worst thing I came across . Insulting employees on floor by the king of sales department is one more negative part about sales department. No job security anytime the king would ask you to leave the office. Other departments are good as I was in sales department I was not allowed to speak to other departments . So comments for other departments. Pls think 10 times before you think of joining sales department .

Everything. They promise something and does something. Won't get salary on time. Will blame physio for everything even when it's their IT backend team problem. Will blame physio if a patient doesn't pay on time.

it is an Excellent and well organized establishment, with skill development and learning, wonderful job security, and good salary and benefits. I will be able to talk more about portea medical when I'm fully employed. By God's grace.

I cannot really say much about my dislike working at protea medical. But I will be able to tell better what my dislikes are when I'm considered and highered to work.
