Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good, appraisals are faire and they give good salary hike ans bonus every year.

There IS a lot of Politis ab'nd thé management doesn't address our issues.

...haviour against with his employees and sales units are work like bonded labour .but salary credited at the time sales targets are limit less nobody can tolerate as human to you

Likes

I liked experience sharing between colleagues from different cultures. Its a real learning school where everyone can freely express their know while learning from the others. I gave a lot but i learned back from PSI.

Dislikes

I would like to talk about Job Security or career growth of the people working on project (not the admins). It's true that a project has a beginning and an end (I was, but it's a bit damage that people who are hired until the end of a project don't receive any internal job offers before the end of the project. Sincerly, i would have liked to receive internal job opportunities before the official closing of the project i was working on. As result, human ressources worried about their future will look for other job opportunities of longer duration than the project and will give up their positions even before the end of the project. The worst thing is that the departure of personnel can be done at a critical moment in the life of the project (less than 6 months for exemple).

Dislikes

Company HR & sales support do's not corporate any last level team. Company HR does not support ground level sales team. Fully support upper level managers and and do not follow company ethics and tools in the favour of ground level employees.

I liked service to people with proffetional approach. Work environment mainly rural areas is very good.people receiving is good. I likevery much this type of workstaff. Good teammates.

Some time hacktick work. Some times Sunday also doing work.
