Coworkers are okay, but higher level staff tend to look down on the working staff. Also,they won't let you resign if you even wanted to they'll blackmail or straight up threaten you with missing tools or broken parts. Be careful working here. Would recommend any place else. Even a local workshop would be good for your mental health

Salary & incentive employee benefits on time. good Hr practices employee engagement. Lot of opportunity for self development and trainings. Founder vision followed by management . Good employee approach. Best Dealership for any automobile aspirant I must say.

Internal politics by few sales managers . Nepotism. internal growth less though Internal job postings for name sake.

A good company all ways stay with their staff, its really nice to work here, all managements are good.

No proper appraisal ,overtime jobs , very low salary for technician and no propper incentive distribution, overtime wages are not there

...ome issues of mobile ..we are facing connectivity issues and other difficulties. but popular is offer full salary that is good. but the above issues is not clear...so please check and given proper feedback.

Team work is very poor in popular.we have not get any proper feedback from our head section.popular coordination is very much poor they are also looking negatives of our work they are not support of our good work.so this will be very much dissatisfied our confidence level and they are irritating too much..

Friendly working environment, we put the maximum effort in work we will get it's worth gorom there , all are being there as a family, they giving more prefference to our better health and they giving a healthy working environment. They providing salery and bonus at any risk situation.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees. Feeling some partuality from some peoples.
