...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Its been a very pleasant experience.. ever since the start of the day! The office looks highly neat and clean with a warm welcoming atmosphere. Every employees are jovial, polite, caring and motivating and I personally like my HR mam who’s being kind and genuine to everyone. The one thing I like the most is that they don’t make you do anything forcibly without giving a break or rest and they also ensure your safety while you’re travelling. They give your own time to complete your works for the given tasks. Since they provide all the facilities which are needed while working, I would say it’s such a great place to work which values your efforts.

Dislikes

...ey had provided holidays at Saturdays as well. And moreover for the job I like.. I’m ready to put my 100% efforts but the pay is not quiet satisfying considering for the additional works that they give other than the job I do. And also they credit very less leaves. I feel that either the working time and days should be lesser or the pay should be bit higher as I get very less time to spend for myself and my family.

Worst experience I wasted my 2 years in my life. Partiality in salary, growth, even in death also they will show Partiality. Partiality. only old workers can growth . Even if u work or not working monthly they will get salary. no growth for new comers especially for female Accounts Department even you worked hard and proved ur talent and performance but to, you couldn't growth that old lady workers will not allow us to grow. High authority person also support them. Why They are hiring new employees I don't know?

what to tell in like? if you go and ask anyone working employee in poorvika itself they wont tell what they like because no one likes anyone or work there. They are all doing just time pass job there.

...we ask means we are top management they use to say. They are empty garbage bags.they will attack on personal things no leave no salary hike no promotion, giving promotion only to unethical people better try to forget poorvika. Owner is a good person and Mam too for maintaining this jungle.
