... to lead from front then n organisation will always grow. Now some key points, Structure of salary is very good, salary always comes on time. Appraisal is also very good, and it happens every academic year. Governing body of PU is very helpful and they will treat you very well, listen and understand your views and accept it if it is up to the level of acceptance.

Dislikes

Every organisation have their own drawbacks and positives, but I personally don't feels any of the dislikes in my working experience.

The best part of lucky enough to get helpful colleagues! The students appreciate teacher who works hard and has knowledge. So had a good satisfying experience with students.

Dislikes

... donkey work and approach is like the management try to scare you at every step. Instead of increasing pay scale with time (as inflation is real) they have decreased quality of staff and the pay.

Stressful work culture, suffocating rooms, they never consider work from home culture and did not pay even in lockdown. But management always has plans to give you loads of work and you are forced to work after completing your work hours.

Poornima University is a very good place for work if you are under good team leader or Directly work under the Rahul Singhi (Owner) guidance or PIET campus.

Dislikes

Some politics by old team members or leaders. They promote only there favourites. Your work or knowledge not directly major by board members or Owner.

One of my life’s mistakes which I will repent and carry to the graveyard is my painful association with this fake university that has no working ethics. The leadership is diabolic and clueless. Has no idea how the universities need to be run. Changes syllabus every now n then to adjust his friends entry from outside the industry. Daily timetable. Change in syllabus in the middle of semester. No clue of equivalence. No sacrosanct attendance criteria. Dishonest efforts on passing students by hook or crook. Mockery in the name of international conferences where the BBA students are compelled to sit in the engineering conferences where the students are as thin as 1-20. Fudging the data to apex bodies. The list is endless to call it a fake university. Every teacher has to take up 21-26 classes except Dean/ HOD who are inexperienced having little or zero market value. I am surprised how are they managing with apex bodies’ visits to the campus.
