very bad salary lot of office politics gender discrimination, girls should never apply as they won't let you travel for work and will only give opportunity to boys pay disparity 1-2 Saturdays working and they expect you to carry laptop home and work even after office and on Sundays if anything comes up all the year long.

Its wrost company for operations. I suggest do not join in operations.

Operation is only the responsible person in entire company. Every kpi's is just only for operations. There is no responsibilty and no any kpi for credit,sales, etc. why operations is so cheap.

Overall working with Poonawalla housing is very good all senior & colleague are very supportive Nature.

There are some disadvantage in every company but they are meet out when your seniors & colleague are such supportive.
