Salary structure is very poor they mold your basic salary, incentive scheme is change suddenly which is not clear at end of the month. Whenever you understand the incentive structure then company change the scheme. you have many works here accept your department.

Not good career growth compny was focaused at only for new csm and fo sr. Fo was not comfort for vissines it becuse csm was tag code at fo sourcing business and files and compny hr cut salry for fo and sr. Fo no conveance claim for petrol

The work culture of the company is very bad the way boss talk with there employes are worst they even call at mid night and shout with out any reason they do the same thing whole day.

HR is only for hiring. Lot of pressure for target. After 20th of every month, you have to come to the office and work even on holidays, and you don't get any compensation for it. But this culture has now become common across all NBFC .
