Only PRO about the company is, MARKET REPUTATION. Because of Poonawalla surname, people attract to know if you are working with Poonawalla and that too in that astonishing building in KP

Good work environment and culture. and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Monthly training and online skill updation programs is well and good for learning and update yourself . If you can't achieve your target in a month you will be completed it's in a quarter.

Salary structure is very poor they mold your basic salary, incentive scheme is change suddenly which is not clear at end of the month. Whenever you understand the incentive structure then company change the scheme. you have many works here accept your department.
