The company always welcome fresher's, but the working hours and work load is too high , salary's are less and no benefits, so it is a great disappoinment to work such a organization

The work culture is very poor, they always tries to put burden on employee, but they won't care about employee pain area, poor hr policies. policies only made for company comfort's , not for employee.

Learning more about the sales and get trained about the customer handling. They provide different training for executives. They provide promotion for well done executives in better way.

...ife balance is little difficult to handle. More work pressure to achieve target. Salary is less for highest degree employee.
