There are lots of dislike that needs to be corrected. 1. No Formal Training to New Joinees so as to make them aware of their job and responsibilites and impart them with standrads of grooming, most importantly vision of the company. 2. Not at all HR taking care of Employees. Your Reporting Managers can hold your Salaries/Expenses. Can make you work on national holidays like On Independence Day. Even when it is declared holiday from GOI. 3. Employees are on puppets ij handa of reporting manager. 4. No Labour laws followed. 5. Lesser paid salaries compared to competition.
