Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Nothing i like there.Its one of the worst company

We need to give 3 or 4 years bond and we need to submit all our educational certificates to join if we break bond we need to pay our 1 year equal salary. Management are harsh they wont give hikes untill bond ends.managers uses badwords and you need to work daily 12 to 14 hours.u cant get that much technical exp also its better work for a bpo company which gives 15 k atleast to fresher.please dont join in this you wont get except your time waste.
