This company better for freshers. but in this company Iam working since 5 years my salary is less then freshers. In polmon experience don't exists. management says only who handle site as a incharge & his sign on the completion report he only gets increments, who are working under the site incharge did the work entire project doesn't visible to the management for increment . The management announce increments by text at midnight ( before the day of holidays)

Salary timing, u will get salary 1st day the month

There is no value for an Employee, They didn't get satisfaction at work life at any moment, No better salary,I started with 12000 , 4.5 years completed still didn't get 20000 also, If they had work they will praise you and use you ,but in Increments time they will simply say will see next year, All of the above 3 years bond with original certificates, They will force you to bought a bike to reduce the site allowances,

... say Management is very worst. They will think that engineers are there labours. First they will hire them with 3 years bond with very less salary, in this 3 years of period you can't even think of appraisals. So better to don't chose this company. If you want to ruin your carrier you can join this company.

@ salary @ managers are not supporting to employees. @ office starts in correct time but evng we can do a 6 or 6:30 Every day.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is very very slow. There is bond of 3 years and changed to 4 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new jainees
