Don't ever think that this company is like your family as they say. Just do work in working hours only because whenever you leave this company no one cares ki tum kitni der tk kaam krte the or kitne honestly kaam krte the. Infrastructure is so poor. Behaviour of Shailendra Singh (Director) is very bad. Logo k pse marte hai ....vo fir koi employee ho ya contractor.

If they like you they will make you learn so many things about our field. Job is not secure they can kick you out anytime and you are not able to impress them they will insult you in front of everyone anyhow they will embarrass you. They will make u feel the worst decision to join this company there is nothing to like

Very bad politics over their, whole environment of pollucon head office is very negative and toxic they use to torture for coming to their place and learning. They will embarrass you , torture you so much so that you will yourself ran away from this company and never look back

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
