I joined as associate consultant.in cheenai.but in Chennai work culture was not good.but in same company Mumbai culture is too good.

Partiality is there. Means they give more attention to his chaploosi person.so there is no appreciation.

Nothing to like much as I never worked with Polaris people or in their premises. I was working for JPMC as senior consultant on payroll of Polaris.

Dislikes

Polaris owe me APDP component (around 1 lac) that they promised me in written whenever JPMC decides to absorb me on their payroll. Written promise was given by recruiter Rahul Gaikwad. After 9 month of service JPMC decided to absorb e on their payroll and I initiated request for payout of APDP component as promised. Both Rahul Gaikwad, Subham Benerjee & Sarath Ram (last reporting managers) rejected the request for APDP component which I deserve. It was worth around 1 lac. It was a shameful act for a company like Polaris now Virtusa. I will never recommend Polaris or Virtusa to anyone even if not dear to me. I was innocent enough and avoided fight for my right.
