B.Tech, M.Tech, it has given me cross functional exposure, it was my first job and I served there for longest period,

Dislikes

Work life balance was a challenge, compensation structure had not been amended as per market , less pay in some position, proper succession planning of key positional people was not there, career growth aspect was not at all considered as a part of organization growth.

The co was established in 1970 formed under supervision of Mr. Sajjan Jee Agarwal. Its a good company presently this company known as Vishva Electrotech Ltd and now growing up in local market. I have learnt so many things from this co. i.e., good culture, collaboration with the colleagues those comes from different background which helps me in my current life.
