It's a good company. Specially management very good. Average working culture but ok. Best thing is they respect their policies in all aspects . I like this thing very much..

There is a problem in leadership. If correct leadership will designate , the company will be the TOP MANUFACTURING company in India.. Top management is very good and they have good vision . But in ground floor there is no proper Leadership to suitable for the company's growth and future vision . It's very bad thing .

A good team followed by AGM Civil,all the staff is cooperative,you can feel free when working you can also mainten good life balance.almost good experimental and learning environment

Compesation is decent ,work pressure is very high some times have to work for 14-18 hours straight in a day there is no job training for freshers so seniors have to guide them step by step which is pain sometimes

Thorough understanding of cause and consequences of conflicts specially in general human behaviors at all stages socially, personally, and organizational practical problems. Which creates good bonding and working environment at every stages at balanced weightage.
