New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. 1. COMPANY PAYS SALARY ON REGULAR BASIS. 2. SINCE THIS COMPANY MAINLY CONSTRUCTS BRIDGE(S), SO OVERALL THE WORK LOAD IS COMPARATIVELY LITTLE LESS THAN A NORMAL ROAD CONSTRUCTION COMPANY. 3. THE OWNER(DIRECTOR) OF THE COMPANY, MR. VARUN PODDAR IS A FANTASTIC PERSON & IS ALWAYS READY TO HELP. 4. COMPANY TAKES CARE OF EMPLOYEES IN TERMS OF FOOD.

1. THERE IS NO STRUCTURED POSITION IN THE COMPANY. 2. SOME RANDOM NON TECHNICAL PERSON OR JUNIOR PERSON WILL HAVE SAY OVER YOU JUST BECAUSE THEY HAVE WORKED MORE YEARS IN THE COMPANY THAN YOU. 3. HIKE & INCREMENT STRUCTURE IS NOT AT ALL GOOD, AND ALSO THE HR POLICIES THAT ARE JOTTED DOWN IN THE OFFER LETTER.
