The higher authorities maintain non-interference and allow you to work well. Excellent courses and good working environment

The co-ordinator is given too many powers which she exercises inappropriatly. A graduate not my subject is monitoring my academic performance is totally wrong.

1. ALWAYS hear no to every leave plan even during an exam or when I have a sick child, 2. Teachers are 'told' everyday when they can leave school premises, 3. There is NO concept of work hours! We get called all day long starting very early morning till very late night for useless and repeat clarical work like updating spreadsheet, call parents etc. 4. The real job of a teacher which is teaching, has taken a back seat that would impactthe children adversely end of the day.
