It was a good experience to work with Podar. I learnt many things.

...uested it was not fulfilled and no cooperation found between the high authority. Even after serving my notice period, I received my salary for the last month after four months.

...tion and administrative tasks that require completion aside from instruction or teaching, hence no work-life balance, salary is not motivating even after 5+ years of service in the same institution, no recreational activities for teachers, teachers have to pay for even tea.

Long working hours, no personal life as carrying work at home is a common part of the job. Lot of pressure of performance otherwise you'll not get appraisal. No tea or breakfast or free lunch to the staff though they are working for long 8 hours.

...er Principal and vice Principal can work.COVID time so much partiality they did. So many are on leave without pay. We are unable to live . We are taking money from families and friends to buy food items, we are unable to house rent. Only some teachers are getting benefit,for others nothing

...ent and culture. The management is not transparent. No refreshment for teachers. Company policies are very poor, appraisals are very very poor and they are not giving salary hike and no bonus giving to teachers. In Corona situation management cut 50% salary of their employees, it's their inhumanity and exploitation.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is poor and career growth is slow. In covid19 situation, management cut 50% salary of teachers instead of appraisals from last two years and teachers taking online classes from their Mobile phones at their personal expense.
