1.Policies 2.While I was working, there were several other superiors who've been good which till date makes them to exist in my good book. I still feel happy by remembering them apart from few who've been very toxic during my tenure from their very 1st day itself.

You'll get salary on time. Good no. of paid leave. Specific work area

No recognition doesn't matter how good are you in your work. Potential in you does matter to the organisation. No promotion at all.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.

Not getting salary hike from past 2 yrs.

It was a good experience to work with Podar. I learnt many things.

...uested it was not fulfilled and no cooperation found between the high authority. Even after serving my notice period, I received my salary for the last month after four months.

...st & biggest organisation in education sector. You get the independence to work. On time salary.

Dislikes

Need to be more structured. Voice from all level of employees should be reachable to the top management.
