My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Branch Management is not supported. Extra work is employee and limited staff. For exp. Cashier post pr activity in outdoor activity is not expected for cashier. Inward and outward stock send to Ho. Cashier Cash handling ya outwrod stock send. Inward and outward stick porpoly handle in one staff.

The Compnay culture is best in the industry being a cashier it was very fun to do other things like seling product doing bills etc. There is no one to stop you while you are learning and developing new skills they encourage you to learn and enhance your skill. There is no point in dislike because the company culture is so good that you can't find any dislike at work. If it is there any dislike then if there is perfection then definitely some have dislike you can avoid when you enjoy your work.

The only thing I don't like is not about only PNG jewellers, it's about entire retail sector that people have to do 10 - 11 hrs duty. Otherwise everything is good
