...than any A grade Contractor. Top management is always ready to shuck your blood. No hike not any benifits work life balance is worst company culture is very poor.

Work life balance is ok good environment for engineering point of view U can use your own skill and give opportunity for youngster for career development Mess are good Good office and bachelor accommodation

...n us. There is too much exploitation with C grade workers evenly with Engineers. They don't provide holidays even according to company policy nevertheless you will go definitely salary will be deducted. Salary never on time.

...e. Strictly follow the Punching system even Sunday (8:30AM to Work complition) They cut the salary eventually evening or day punch missed. There is no any HR policy. PM decision is final HR policy. *They not provided Appointment Letter before 1year complition.

Totally failed management specially in Water division. Lot of politics here played. In Water Project they put the road project admin and store which one they have no idea how to manage and deal. Worthless people carried out by company. One of Important things to Share they put there employee in a labour camp in which 3-4 people(engineer) share the single toilet and washroom. Pure LaLa company, Showing ISO Certified which one purchased on the power of money no meaning of ISO Certified organisation.

Nothing good at all. Worst company on overall basis. Corruption on its peak. Treat engineers like labour, 16-17 hrs working compulsory, no work-life balance, salary always delayed. Hectic pressure and pathetic culture specially in water project under JJM.
