Only thing is that you have a job, apart from it nothing else you can expect from the company.

Dislikes

Very late salary credits. Zero clarity about your profile. You will be thrown out as soon as contract is over, so it can be with just 1 day of notice period and second day you are jobless. Zero additional benefits, you are left for yourself and on the client will abuse the way he wants, PMR will have no involvement.

There is nothing that you will like about PMR.

Dislikes

Use and throw policy. 5 days before they told me that you will be relieved, what about me, I had EMI's, what about my career, PMR has nothing to do with it. Their work was done, I was told to leave. Pathetic company.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
