The company provides a good atmosphere to work in. As it is a remote job it is more convenient to work. And there are fun Fridays for an entertainment session. I had a great time working at PMN Pathralok as a social media executive. And the internship is unpaid.

The overall culture of the company is what I really like and I will always cherish the team's support, guidance and learnings that I have got from here.

Nothing as I would say I disliked about the company but as it's a startup no one should expect to get paid as they start working with them.

1. Explored new things and helpful nature of colleagues. 2. I loved the flexibility offered during my tenure and great work culture. 3. I liked how the company treat intern as someone who has come here to learn and provide proper training before assigning any task. 4. As PMN Patralok is startup company so people get opportunity to learns a lot by solving real problems. 5. Understanding about tools and technique such as outlook, thunderbird, slack, MS Word, MS Excel, google groups, forms and sheets etc. 6.Organized the cultural events on monthly basis such as townhall, republic day etc. Townhall identify the individual progress in the organization. 7. Get the opportunity to work with the people of different states as well as different country it helps to increased the communication skill, knowledge of different culture, enhance the problem solving approach 8. Organized the clubs on weekly basis such as "Vivad Vaad" and "PMN Chhavi" 9. Employees not learn only about tools and technique but they get the knowledge about personality development, leadership qualities, emphatical aspects, emotional aspects 10. Learning opportunity, proper mentorship, corporate environment, freedom to discuss, freedom to exchange the thought process 11. People not get the chance to learn in their field only but they also get opportunity to work in different department such as journalism, tech, design. 12. Get opportunity to earn the rewards for organizing the events and games. 13. Really good experience, I would recommend it to any one wishing for good learning.

1. Preparation of documentation for each and every Procedure in the organization. 2. Define the proper rule and regulation for leave, resignation, notice period, handover system, completion of 1 month internship.

Likes

The learning aspect given high importance, gives us the relevant practical exposure which helps us to know in-depth about the field. This helps us experiment and have real time learning experience when handling tasks. I found people generally in the organization especially in the team, to be really supportive and approachable, be it anytime a challenge is faced. Work was challenging yet exciting as there was something new to learn each day.

- You need to be proactive in your approach so that you can address multiple challenges at once if required - You need to be an effective multitasker to work well in such an environment - You need to prepare yourself for an immersive experience if its your first time working and having first hand experience of a start-up since there are multiple functions you might have to handle all at one. - You need to master the skill of acting quick
