There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

If you are looking a job for beginning level then it is OK.

if you have good links and support inside the company, then you have great chance for good appraisal/salary increment/ etc,other wise don't do unnecessary hope.

i am previous sales senior person in this company. in their senior directors meeting with all sales persons, their sales president and business head gentleman who is also very close with the director and all directors family tell everyone that we will take new employees, learn everything new from them and then throw them out. This way old employees will learn new things and after some time new employees can be asked to go. they do this kind of actions only. Corona gives them good reason to take out employees, but normally also they are like this only. if old employees who are very close with director and director family, is even bad then they can do anything. new employees always treated as outsiders.
