No job security follows Hire and fire policy for management and backend operation role job security is only for billable resources if your non billable you can be thrown out any movement as per CEO mood manager are not supportive as they follow CEO rules if you have family and responsibility think twice before joining for operation management role and no billable role. i left MNC company for this role and was regretting. Think twice before you Join.

1) Teammates,Work Environment and Work-Life Balance are good other than these everything else is very poor 2) No work after working hours or in weekend...only during critical period we need to work on weekend but not everytime

Dislikes

1) Growth is not there at all,here they give hike of around 2 to 5% max 2) Job Security is not there for QA Team who is working on US Client Project 3) Appraisal is delayed a lot like for 5 to 6 months and as I said hike percentage is not more than 5% 4) No opportunities for travelling abroad...hardly people get...I have been working here more than 2 years....i still didn't got a chance...some are there for 5-6 years even they didn't got a chance.... 5) Opportunities for learning is very less 6) No innovation at all 7) Work from home option is there but not all people get that..only some favorite people of management get it

You can do innovative things if you really passionate about it then inform the management regarding the same and they will help in out.

Internal Politics like some people want to save their own job at the cost of others teammates job

Its been 7 months since I had joined this company. There are lot of job insecurities, no work life balance at all. Managers are terrible and cant let you be here for a long time. Specially this company have no sales team at all along with me there were 3 other candidates had joined but due to the software was not ready to sell we only had to sit idle and with the top management pressure to sell it anyhow

No Job Security. They want to make 1cr in 1 month that is not possible. They d not want to invest a single peny in marketing and need a sales in 1 month. Do not listen to their employee. Product is shit and they compare it with Salesforce and Microsoft Dyamics. They hire and fire in a month without any reason.
