Job Security is great as you have to sign a 3 years agreement on day of joining (for freshers). Work culture is depreciating day by day , As the knowledge base(Engineers) is getting out of the organisation is increasing.

Dislikes

Getting salary for doing same work for decades. Can't develop your skills and knowledge at last you end up with thinking like I'm a graduate or school dropout. Think before you star your career here.

Located in DLF is the only positive thing. Since there is no option for selecting 0 star , rated 1 star

Dislikes

We will never understand the politics happening here. Big zero with respect to work life balance. People will be idle in the morning and they start working in the evening only. Micro management is intolerable . You have to keep sticking in your seat. You need to stretch over the weekend, day n nights and end up in nothing . Will end up in very very worst experience. If you join as a experienced resource you will forget all technical skills . Job security is zero. Company doesn't have any process. Whatever management says heads will follow blindly. They will never think about employees. People only who nod their head for everything their manager says can survive here. Else they will throw you out of company all of a sudden.

Nothing. I had a terrible development team. BSS manager Anto was so toxic and psycho during work

Dislikes

BSS dev - Pull blame game and point fingers within ourselves since no approach discussions are taken. Anto is a worst and inhuman manager. He dont have humanity at all. Pray not to get in his team NSS dev - No sign of work happening. No dev happens there. but still 2 heads run the team Nss1,2 OCS dev - Anjan gaaru is very much showing dictatorship and attitude but keeps his team intact. He helps others and the team to grow. The Good thing about him. PPM - There are 2 product managers. Most of the requirements are with gaps and they don't know what they draft as user stories. During walkthrough they don't have answers to our questions. If they are on WFH then it will be hell for us developers as they don't pick our calls purposefully but say that they are on wfh and we keep waiting for the queries to resolve. Last minute suprises saying changes and stuffs. Support BSS, OCS, NSS - Was one of the good team but all are leaving due to the toxicity in this organisation Implementation Team - R.I.P they are no more
