I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Hi if you are thinking of joining this company just stop and find another company. The owner will use you and once he has achieved his desired result in sale or service he will make environment so toxic that you will have no choice but to leave the company. New rules are made everyday and posted in your WhatsApp group. You will be so confused about your career growth and future seeing after everyday rules being made. The product they offer are at least four times expensive than established corporate brands in the market. You will fail at every place because company has got so bad reputation for after sale services servicing and support to customer. You need to keep your mouth shut and follow the dictatorship of the owner. Your ideas and strategies will be thrown right away in the dustbin. Be aware and join at your own Peril.
