Overall a good company to work for and I hope as the industry is growing the company grows bigger and employees are well compensated so they don’t leave.

Less Compensation and career growth is slow. Not a lot of training is given to new joinees, however you can directly speak to your seniors or ceo if you have any doubt or need clarity about something.
