The manager, Bob, yells at everyone in front of everyone and treats everyone like they are a bunch of kids. It is an extremely unprofessional work environment, as no one appreciates new ideas and strategies. They only want clerks who can follow orders without questioning or using their own brains. Also the lunch space is so small and uncomfortable as if they want people to just eat on their desks.
The only good thing is work-life balance. Come at 9, leave at 6.
Dislikes
They have a culture of mirco-managing people. Most people gossip about each other, the only way through it is to mind your own business and not participate in gossiping. Job security is poor. It''s a flat organization and hence almost no opportunities to grow within the firm. Management doesn't know how to handle talent, and have an unprofessional attitude.
