Work environment is good, team is good, reporting manager is good, i learn here so many things in payroll.

Compensation is good, but appraisal doesn't here. Work pressure is ok, i have to work 9 hours in a day. Except performance appraisal everything is good.

I have worked on client location. so, work environment on client side is good. I got salary appraisal 9 months later from actual time. No traveling because it was official job. Training of any software updating and change request were done properly from developers and seniors also. I had not felt any job politics. At last overall experience was good..

Planmam HR is a relatively small company with few employees, what I like most about Planman HR is the work-life balance and the relaxed environment. Very less pressure is added on you to perform. Very supportive Head, who is always there to help and supportive team.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
