Zero growth . Politics , you will understand the worst politics. All top management are colleagues in their previous companies. They show bias and do bad politics. HR is incompetent. Their only job is to do whatever the higher management says. Tech stack is poor, U learn nothing. Hikes are sub par. Hire n fire culture. Managers will blackmail you like a bunch of goons . Avoid it.

...any and their lack of clarity I was left with peanuts in my hand (severance i.e. 15 days basic salary), after my termination they had hired someone in night shift and that person is still working on that role happily as he was given clear information and knowledge of job role ( I know him since he was in same organization as I) Such company, HR and Managers are terrible who themselves don't know what exactly they want from certain job role and they left someone in middle of nowhere Do not join such company as it can happen with anyone

Narcissistic management All the leaders in the management have worked together in the past. They all go together to every company and just hijack all the roles even though undeserving Lot of bias towards India office, almost a step child treatment Incompetent HR

But there is an discrimination between direct contractors and full time employee, there will be no bonus or hike for the direct contractor and there will be promotion but it will be in dry state

Flexible work hours and no pressure from managers.

some colleagues are not cooperative. many people laid off infront of me, without warning. while laying off employee HR & manager shamelessly ask employee to return the laptop at their own cost.(courier cost to be borne by employee)
