Almost everything, starting from timings, they are not transparent about the profile & very poor salary. They want the teachers to earn students & then start teaching. Really a very bad experience.

as this a work from home job, so I can balance both my personal as well as professional life.

I think that salary should be fixed and above that incentive should be given to the employees for their good performances.

Teaching is my passion and the company gives me a sense of purpose and belonging. We have flexible start and end time and greater benefit of working from home. The moment we take our classes, immediately we are paid for it. Apart from this, there is enough room to grow and polish ones skills.

We get our salary on 7th of every month. I prefer salary on 1st of each month.

It's a flexible job and you can maintain work-life balance here. Even I've learnt alot working here. It has always been a teaching cum learning process.

... I believe these are the motivational forces. Incentives should be incorporated. The company can also work on the pay scale considering the amount of hard work a teacher puts in that one hour of teaching.
