Tbh there is no point of working for this company, they say its 6.5 -7.5 Lpa but they'll give 4 to 4.5 fix.

...s not real in the training session) They tell to sell courses at absurd rates ..like who can pay 100,000 for a course ? Promotion is super slow. They can fire you anytime, so freshers DO NOT JOIN IF YOU WANT SECURITY!!! SKILL ? you will learn how to scam Work satisfaction is 0 to none (personal experience) Company culture is super Toxic- the manager acts nice at first and yes the business can go down sometimes and someone can fail to meet the targets (sometimes) but they fire you for that and way too many teams (which is completely unnecessary) Note- freshers, if you wanna save your career then do not apply for this and look for a better job and do not trust this fake ctc.

Very less salary and Students hunting. Enrolled Students must be there, so teacher doesnt get demotivated after giving demo and consistant follow ups, the negative replies. It is actually wasted of time, energy and everything.

Work life balance Salary Working hours Abusive language Senior managers and managers are all dumb, they talk with you very rudely and in an abusive manner. The company is in loss and going to be closed soon, fraud.

Worst of all companies, they will fool you by showing this hefty salary around 6 to 7 but they will not give you more than 20k in hand for 4 months , almost all of the people leave within 3 months of joining.Therefore they hire almost all of them if you apply. You will have to generate revenues of 1 lakh to get the CTC that too only 30k in hand from the churn leads that never gets converted. Work culture is toxic AF they will make you say that you will be a so called Senior academic counselor and fool other people.The company is in huge and had got funding but after it ends it will fire people. Please donot join this company.They didn't even pay my first salary.

... work culture no specific work timings, most of the time it goes up to 12-1 at night (13-14 hour shifts) with 8 hours salary no work life balance extreme work pressure extremely unprofessional ungrateful environment will ask to work on your week off( every time) overall it was pathetic working there
