As a English teacher,they made u to call students for class in short u have to search for kids nd do sales nd promoting planet spark

While appointing as teacher they should understand that they will teach. Nd one more thing while taking demo classes u will get salary once u have earned above 1500 otherwise they will not pay. No hr facilities

I like the way students interact with the teachers, get to learn while teaching them and also the flexibility of hours for teaching them. I can choose my suitability and availability of hours and parents are also cooperative..

Dislikes

They don't pay if in case students don't join from their side and also the restrictions of classes which reduces the payments credited. And in case students are busy and can't do the practice and performance classes, it reduces our ratings as well and no bonus is credited.

Nothing because they have started doing unlawful activities

They take money from the students and stopped paying back to the teachers. They won't pay even the amount which is mentioned in the contract. Teachers will take them to court for violating labour law.

I am able to balance my work and life efficiently. Therea are no. of opportunities for the the teachers which can really help them to add extra salary benefits.

Dislikes

There's nothing I don't like about Planetspark. I am very happy and satisfied to be a part of it.
